Escape on a journey of Art
Out of the city out of this world
The Elora Centre for the Arts is located at 75 Melville St., in a restored, three-storey, 13,000 square-foot 1856 limestone school building, in one of Ontario’s most picturesque villages. While Elora, situated on the banks of the Elora Gorge, part of Grand River system, is home to 3500 residents, the Centre draws on a population of 500,000 from the surrounding area. The Art Centre is a focal point and driving force
for imagination: exciting, expanding and encouraging all forms of creative expression. The Harris Collective displays the work of thirty visual artists year round in the Harris Room. The Minarovich Gallery commands attention with its frequently changing, always impressive and sometime provocative exhibitions. The Centre is open Tuesday to Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday and Sunday 1 to 3:30 p.m. For more information about
